Hello, PPA Community! This is Cali, PPA’s Executive Director and Founder. I wanted to pop onto our blog to tell you about our Summer ’21 virtual show, Stage-Struck.
This show is actually another original play of mine, but it was completed with the help and fun ideas of many of our cast members for this show. These young actors arrived to a half-finished script and since then, they’ve helped to bring this story to life in an even more unique way than I could’ve imagined.
Stage-Struck officially marks one full year of shows since our very first one was last summer around this time. It’s been an absolute joy watching this community grow and exploring this incredible style of theater! If you’d told me one year ago that just one idea for a Zoom play would turn into what Playhouse Performing Arts is today, I would’ve been amazed.
